Those stones are still on the bridge and I myself lifted one in each hand on many occasions and one market day, I carried them across the bridge and back, some four to five yards - Donald Dinnie.

West-Lee successfully lifts the Dinnie Stones unassisted alongside his father Gordon Ingram making them the second father and son to successfully perform a full lift of the Dinnie Stones since Donald Dinnie and his father Robert. His lift was witnessed by Brett Nicol, Jim & Rosemary Splaine, Lydia & the crowd of spectators and lifters in attendance.
